What it is not. MedicaidChecklist is not a law firm, does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and is not affiliated with any government agency. The packet organizes your application; it does not guarantee eligibility or approval. Eligibility decisions are made only by your state Medicaid agency.

Accuracy. State rules change. Every figure is dated and cited to its official source; verify current figures with the linked sources before filing. If we got a cited fact wrong, tell us and we'll fix it and regenerate your packet at no cost.
