Privacy policy

The short version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and we never ask for identifiers.

What we collect

• Free eligibility check: your parent's state, care setting, marital status, and income/savings as ranges. No name, no email, no account. Answers are stored with a random session identifier, not your identity.
• Purchase: your email address (to deliver the packet) and payment handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
• Site analytics: anonymous funnel events (page views, clicks) tied to a random session id, including which ad brought you here. No cross-site tracking, no data brokers.

What we never collect

Social Security numbers, government IDs, account numbers, exact balances, or your parent's name. The packet shows you where to add those on official state forms yourself.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with anyone, except the service providers required to run the product (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery, hosting), each bound to use it only for that purpose.

Deletion

Email privacy@medicaidchecklist.com and we will delete your order data within 30 days.
